Welcome to Shen Therapies with Suzanne Till. I am based in Shoreham-by-Sea (West Sussex), Brighton and surrounding areas. I have over 20 years experience and I offer a range of combined therapies and techniques that include; 

 

Shiatsu & Chinese Medicine, Myofascial Release,

Hypnotherapy, Advanced EFT (Tapping), NLP, CBT & Hypnosis with Children.

 

I offer both physical, hands on treatment and also mental/emotional based therapy. In most cases, the range of treatments are combined during sessions to meet your specific needs. A fresh and very effective approach that I have developed over many years that is fast paced, deeply healing and doesn't require months of therapy. I work with both adults and children/teens with a wide range of conditions including; depression, stress & anxiety, phobias, limiting beliefs, negative patterns, weight loss, lack of confidence & self worth, spirituality, shock, trauma & PTSD alongside many physical conditions from back pain to arthritis and everything in-between. The treatment is also very effective if you feel something isn't quite right but you can't put your finger on it, or you've suddenly found yourself feeling a little lost or stuck.

In Chinese medicine we are taught that you cannot have a physical condition without an emotional response and vice versa - this is so true. This is where a whole body approach really comes into its own as you can clear blockages on a mental, emotional, physical (and in some cases a spiritual level) to really shift an individual forward from the problem, block or limiting belief(s) they're experiencing.

 

Treatments take place in comfortable, secure, friendly and supportive environment with easy parking and no waiting rooms. Anything discussed in the room stays in the room! Please do not hesitate to call me to discuss your needs. Most of my Shiatsu treatments take place on a treatment couch rather than a traditional futon and you remain clothed for your treatment.
